My order has been dispatched, can I track it? I placed my order, but never received a confirmation email.

ans:  Firstly, we thank you for your purchase :) Upon purchase you should get a page that says your order has successfully been submitted into our system.  As a second confirmation, our system automatically generates an email order confirmation to the email address on your order form.  After your order has been approved and shipped, we usually send a tracking number via email.  If the order was drop shipped from another location, you may need to email us at couturemotoringstore@gmail.com for the tracking information.  Make sure to double check all email addresses.  We send all shipment information and receipts to the email that you provide at checkout.  Keep in mind that our emails may go to your Spam or Junk folders so check them prior to contacting us. 

Do you offer a guarantee?

ans: Regrettably, we do not guarantee that all items on our website are available to ship at the time you place your order.  We will do our best to communicate with you any updates and delays in shipping.  Product photos do not always reflect exact details of the product for sale.  However, we do a great job of vetting the manufacturers on the quality of their products and delivery service to ensure they are up to our standards for a quality shopping experience.

Couture Motoring will not be held liable for any labor, incidental or consequential damages of any kind when installing auto parts / accessories.  It is the customers responsibility to confirm all parts received are the correct parts for their vehicle.  If the wrong part is supplied, it is the responsibility of the customer to check before the parts are installed on their vehicle.  If incorrect parts are installed, Couture Motoring cannot be held responsible for any damages or labor.

Can I return my items?

ans:  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

ans: We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we’re on it!  Unfortunately, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.

What methods of payment do you take?

ans: For now, we only accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.  Stay tuned, as we are always eager to make your online shopping experience easier for you.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

ans: Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive.  Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's great to check with your neighbors and/or delivery carrier for more information in the meantime!

If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email us at couturemotoringstore.com, within 14 days of the last tracking update with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!:)

Why was my order canceled?

Ans: There can be many reasons why an ordered would be canceled.  Check them out below:

  • Payment did not arrive within (2) weeks from the order date. Please note that bank transfers can take up to (5) working days to show up in our account.
  • You reached your maximum of allowed payments on a PayPal guest account.  There can also be other limitations: In all these cases, contact PayPal directly.
  • Your house number is missing in your address.  Review your address when finalizing at checkout.
  • The pop-up for payment information was blocked by a firewall or was clicked away.  Disable any pop-up blocker and place a new order.
  • Fraud prevention restrictions by the credit card company, which can lead to orders being canceled based on the IP address you used. Use a different payment method, or find another computer or location to perform the payment.
